Practice

Yoga

The practice of Haṭha yoga aims to achieve a deep understanding of who we really are through several steps that are developed throughout the practice. The practice consists of initial calming, breathing exercises and purification of the organism, postures combined with our breathing, deep relaxation and meditation. The practice of Haṭha Yoga will be adapted to the practitioners and their physical condition. No prior experience is necessary.
