A space for contemplation and study of traditional Indian prayers, Vedic chanting and Yoga.

About me
Curious by nature, inspired by art and creativity, I found in Yoga and Vedic Chanting an inner space for contemplation and devotion.
I began my journey into yoga in 2005.
In 2007, I began taking classes with Cátia Manuel and in 2008 with Miguel Homem, a teacher with whom I also began studying Vedānta.
In 2010 I finished the first training module with Pedro Kupfer, and I started teaching Yoga regularly in 2011 in Slovenia, where I lived for around 4 years.
After returning to Portugal, this time to the Algarve where I currently live, I continued studying Vedānta and taking classes in traditional Indian prayers and, later, Vedic chanting with Professor Paulo Abreu Vieira, also completing module II of Yoga instructor training with Pedro Kupfer in 2019.
I regularly teach private yoga classes and traditional Indian prayers in person and online, and I collaborate with the Arshavidya Center with online classes for the Center's students and also on retreats.
I consider continuous study to be important, as well as being in contact with and learning from Teachers within the Vedic tradition.
In this sense, I am grateful for everything that the teachers and masters I have had the opportunity to learn from have taught me.
I continue my regular study of Sanskrit and Vedānta with Professor Paulo Vieira, who has been a continuous inspiration in the development of my path.
Make yourself at home and see you soon!
MY TEACHERS
Professor Paulo Abreu Vieira
His dedication to Yoga and Vedānta began in 2004, during which time he devoted three and a half years to the intensive study of Vedānta, Sanskrit, Vedic chanting and spiritual practices at his master's residence, Svāmī Dayānānda Sarasvatī, at Āṛṣa Vidyā Gurukulam, located in the mountains near Anaikatti, India, which included the study of Upaniṣads, Bhagavadgītā, Brahma-sūtra and Vedic chanting. This period of intense immersion solidified his commitment to the Vedic tradition, which he maintains to this day through the founding of the Āṛṣavidyā Center and the teaching of Vedānta, Sanskrit, Stotrams and Vedic Chanting.
